Enjoy professional massage therapy in the comfort of your home. This service is available for your choice of either an Integrative Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, or a combination session. I bring everything needed—you simply provide a quiet space to relax and receive.
I will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes prior to your session to create a calm, seamless setup so your full session time is uninterrupted. Mobile services are available within a 10-mile radius of my location.

Metta Massage does not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Some clients are able to submit receipts for out-of-network reimbursement—check with your provider for details.

Your first session will begin with a brief intake and conversation about your health history, goals, and preferences. You’ll then receive a customized session designed to support your needs. Afterward, your therapist may offer simple self-care suggestions if appropriate.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to respect other clients’ appointments.

Arrive hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. There’s nothing special you need to do—just come as you are.
