Services
Signature Massage
A personalized, full-body massage tailored to your individual needs. Each session begins with a thorough consultation and may incorporate Swedish and deep tissue techniques, trigger point work, essential oils, and cupping as appropriate. This service adapts to your body on the day of your session—whether you need deep therapeutic work, nervous system calming, or overall relaxation.
Deep Tissue
Targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve chronic tension, tightness, and discomfort. Pressure is intentional and slow, always guided by your comfort and goals. This session focuses attention on one to two specific areas for targeted tension relief.
Craniosacral
A subtle, hands-on modality that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and overall balance. This deeply gentle session is performed fully clothed.
Reiki
A light-touch modality that works with the body’s natural energy to encourage calm, clarity, and restoration. Sessions are deeply relaxing and may help reduce stress, support emotional balance, and promote a sense of ease throughout the body.
